Melissa's room

The house is a bungalow in Kingston’s west end. Quiet neighbourhood, near parks and within walking distance of both the Bayridge Plaza and Riocan center. Also a two minute walk for the bus, on the number 6 route. The house has a spacious backyard and parking is included. Also included are internet and all utilities. The room that is available is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and has the option to come with a queen sized bed, desk, lamp, and end table. Central heating and a/c, dishwasher, washer/dryer in the house as well.

I am a mid 30’s professional, potentially returning to school in September to obtain a Bachelor’s in business. I am a laid back, friendly, tidy person who is looking for a roommate that is also friendly, tidy, and respectful. I ask for no animals because I already have a dog and cat, so whoever moves into the room will need to be okay with animals. I don’t really do late nights, and I’m an early riser. I love music so I do usually have tunes going, especially if I’m cleaning or cooking. Any other questions, feel free to ask!
