Room available downtown, a 5 minute walk from st Henri metro station and a 20 minute ride to Concordia SGW. Two female students looking for another to live with. There is a clothes washer and dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit for free. There is a front and back balcony. Also we are on the same block as 2 depanneurs and a close walk from an IGA, a Dollarama, a gym, and a park. Its a really nice place to live as it is close to a lot of amenities and things downtown but it is not too noisy or far from nature. We already have a good amount of furniture (futon, table, chairs, television, storage) and kitchen appliances (toaster oven, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher) and the bed, desk, storage trunk, and chair are all available to be purchased from the roommate that is moving out. We have one bathroom with a large spacious shower. The room available is the second largest and has a nice view of the sunset. I can send pictures of it if you are interested it is 9 x 16 including a closet.

My roommate Rachel and I are looking for a third person to move in with us. We are both second year students at Concordia University. We like to hang out and cook together and watch TV or go on walks. We are respectful and quiet but also are down to talk and make a new friend.
