Katrina's room

Room is located in the heart of Riverside. A 10 minute walk right to the river, ganacho trail close by, every amenity close! Quiet street, friendly neighbors. Private room, fully furnished, just renovated. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and sun room. Basement is unfinished, but large empty space for additional storage that we can discuss if required.

It’s just me and my two dogs! I’m a manager at a licensed childcare centre, and sometimes work over 40+ hrs a week. Dogs are BIG, but mostly lazy, they do like to bark when another dog passes by the front window though! I love to cook, and can stay to myself, or if the pairing is right, I’d love to live with a friend.
