my roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to accompany our 4 bedroom house in Blackburn Hamlet.
This is a 2 story townhome with a back yard, backing onto the forest.
Private unfurnished room. Common (shared between 2 + you) bathroom, kitchen, laundry, backyard, living room, and upstairs tv/gaming room.
This is a pet friendly home with 2 cats, a dog and many fish. Feel free to bring your pet. The living room, dinning room, bathrooms kitchen and laundry room and outside would be a shared living space.
The nearest bus stop is near Rondel and Innes Rdd. We are a 10 min car ride from 417 East & West and the 174.
$1000 includes Hydro, Gas, Water, Internet, and 1 Parking Spot.
About the roomies
37 year old woman government worker working partially from home with one cat and one small dog. Likes woodworking and crafting. 38 year old tradesman with one cat. Likes music, video games, and drinking beer in a kiddie pool. We are easy going people who get along with pretty much anyone.
