Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate in a 2 bedroom basement apartment of a bungalow house starting August 1. It is the larger bedroom of the two and it was updated with new floors, windows, paint etc prior to us moving in. Total 3 persons will be living in the house (1 upper + 2 lower), only looking for a female roomie.

• TTC accessible
• Big backyard with shed for storage
• Laundry in-suite (not shared with landlord)
• Rent includes all utilities (gas, hydro, water) and internet (Rogers Ignite 500mbps down/150mbps up)
• First and last required + key deposit ($100)
• Extremely clean, considerate, friendly
• Small-medium dogs permitted per landlord’s discretion

About the roomies
Both the landlord and I are 32 year old working professionals who share similar living styles. We both like to keep the peace and we all help each other out with things like snow shovelling, taking out the bins on garbage days, bringing mail in, etc. We seldom have guests over. Early to bed, early to rise.
I generally keep to myself and maintain cleanliness in all shared areas. I like to decorate the space with plants and cute toys! I have a 9.5 year old bengal cat that spends most of her time in my room or singing in the living room, and the landlord has a curly haired poodle upstairs.
If you think we’d be a good fit please message me a little about yourself and we can have a conversation. :)
