Looking for a cozy place to call home? Well, look no further! We’re a small, laid-back family—my girlfriend, our 5-year-old daughter, and me. We’ve been together for about 12 awesome years now, and our little one is all set to start elementary school this September.

A bit about us: Karen, that’s my girlfriend, is a super dedicated nurse, and I work for the government. Our days are usually packed with work and preparing for the next day, but that doesn’t mean we don’t know how to have a good time! We enjoy going out to restaurants, hitting up festivals, cozying up at home for movie nights, shaking it up with some salsa dancing, and of course, we love to travel whenever we can.

So, what are we looking for in a roommate? Well, since we have a little girl, we’re hoping for a female roommate. We’re pretty chill and like to stick to our routine, so we’re looking for someone who’s laid-back and respectful of our space. Don’t worry, even with a small child, we’re very clean—we tidy up once a week, and our place is always spotless.

What’s included, you ask? Everything! The place is fully furnished, and we’ve got you covered with hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and even toilet paper. Plus, you’ll have your own designated space in the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. And guess what? You’ll have full access to our kitchen, including our beloved espresso machine—yahoo!

Oh, and did I mention? Electricity, Wi-Fi, AC, and heating are all included!

Need to park your car? No problem! We’ve got plenty of space for that. Plus, there are two metro stations nearby, three shopping malls, and it’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. And hey, we even have an outdoor space with a comfy sofa where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

We’re looking for someone to move in by July 1, 2024. We’ll be away quite a bit this summer, so it’ll be nice and quiet around here. Our regular routine will kick off in September 2024, so ideally, we’d love to have someone move in by July 1st, but keep in mind, we won’t be around much until then.

By the way, we speak French and Spanish too! 😊
