Hello! This is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Lakeland Ridge, Sherwood Park. Easy access to bus routes. Pond across the street with walking paths. Large backyard with access to BBQ, and large fire pit. Private bedroom with blackout blinds. Private bathroom across the hallway. Home is air conditioned. Shared entrance, kitchen, laundry and living rooms. The bedroom will have the carpets professionally cleaned before move in and the walls will be cleaned as well. The bathroom will be cleaned before move in. I have two parrots so you must be ok with birds. They can be loud on and off throughout the day time hours but nighttime they are silent and stay silent until someone gets up.
