Sublet + Ability to Renew

Hello, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house from the beginning of May to the end of August. I won’t be returning, so it is up to the tenant if they wish to renew or not. I’m also looking for just a single tenant from the ages of 20 to 27.

Rent is $850, plus $30 for high speed Wifi and $40 to $80 for utilities over the summer.

The property is located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood. It’s a quick drive to UOttawa and Carleton U, and there’s public transport nearby. Furthermore, Trainyards and Billings Bridge Mall are very close, as is the hospital.

The house is spacious and fully furnished, with shared areas that include a living room with a fireplace, a large backyard with a balcony, a sunroom, a kitchen with a variety of shared appliances, a garage to store bikes in, free parking on the driveway, and 2 bathrooms with showers in each of them.

The room itself comes partially furnished, with a double bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps and a large dresser. It also has a large walk-in closet.

The other tenants are 3 males who are between the ages of 22 and 25. They’re clean, respectful, quiet, and friendly. One is a student at Carleton and the other two are working professionals.
