Located SE Edmonton with tons of amenities within walking distance. A three minute walk from the grocery store, 10 minutes from a gym, and 2 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops within walking distance if you don’t drive.

The bedroom is large. Fully furnished, with a queen sized bed, tall dresser, desk, chair and lamp. Plenty of closet space (his and her closets). One full bathroom you’ll have to yourself.

There’s plenty of street parking (free) or you have an option to rent a parking spot for an additional $35 per month.

Just myself, (40 year old female).

I work from home, and when I am not working, I am most likely doing some sort of activity, like mountain biking, xc skiing, reading or volunteering at the shelter.

While I am very active, I love a quiet, clean home and don’t have a lot of people over. I am a Non-smoker. Non partier. Home is my sanctuary, a place for rest and reset. I am looking for a like minded individual. If you feel like this fits your lifestyle, please reach out.
