About the room
Located SE Edmonton with tons of amenities within walking distance. A three minute walk from the grocery store, 10 minutes from a gym, and 2 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops within walking distance if you don’t drive.
The bedroom is large, big enough to fit a full king bed, bedroom set, and desk. There are his and hers closets. One full bathroom you’ll have to yourself. You have an option to rent a parking spot for $35 a month or park on the street. The yard is small but there’s a patio equipped for lounging and bbqing.
I have a queen sized bed and dresser that can be used if you don’t have furniture. Furniture can also be removed.
About the roomies
In the summer of 2023 I purchased my townhome, now that I am mostly settled I would love to find a like minded individual as a roommate that fits my lifestyle.
Just myself, (38 year old female) and my dog. I work from home, and when I am not working, I am most likely mountain biking with the bf and friends. I am very active but love a quiet house and don’t have a lot of people over. Non-smoker. Non partier. Home is my sanctuary, a place for rest and reset.
Doggo is an 8yo male Mastiff/Lab x He’s a happy boy and will greet you with enthusiasm every time you walk through the door. He loves to snuggle and will treat you like you’re his best friend. He’s trained, non destructive, and CLEAN! He loves his baths and, quite frankly, I love a clean doggo.
Please note, the community is Bare Land which means there’s a strata with rules pertaining to pets. While I am open to another dog in the home the board requires proof of vaccinations, registration with the city of Edmonton and that they are spay/neutered.
