Mason's room

Looking for 1 roommate for 1 furnished room with own bathroom. Very nice, newer and well taken care of building. Most utilities included, the apartment has Central Air Conditioning so the power bill is separate and will be split between the 2 of us. We have Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus and the living room TV has a VPN installed on it so you can watch shows only available in other countries. We have a deep freeze, microwave, air fryer and a small grill on the balcony. I also have 1 extra TV available. Building has an elevator. The building is pretty quiet overall. Looking for people who are civil and respectful of others space and privacy. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Colleges nearby: UAlberta, The King’s University & Concordia University College of Edmonton.

Just me, I’m on disability, don’t leave my room much so the living room would pretty much be all yours. Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully making a new friend.
