It’s 1 furnished room in a 2 bedroom apartment. Utilities and unlimited high speed internet included. 1 parking spot available for a fee and laundry extra. Will have air conditioning in the summer. On 2 bus routes; bus stop at the road. Close to amenities, grocery, shopping and theatre. Easy access to highway 40 and 402. Approximately 10 min walk to Lambton College.

Accommodations will be shared with 1 other (the lease holder). I am a 40+ female who currently works full time. I am also considerate, respectful, tidy, quiet, and like to keep to myself.
