Room has enough space for a queen or king bed, desk and dresser. Views of the city, large window and window seat. Full size closet. Heating in each room.

Full size kitchen with island. Large refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, microwave, dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the unit. Room comes with wifi, utilities included in the rent. No pets allowed.

The condo complex comes with access to a gym, fob entry for security into the building. There is a private suite available for guests to visit in the building as well as a lounge available to request for private gatherings. Walking distance to Brentwood Mall, Save on Foods, Whole Foods and several restaurants and bars. Easy access to Metrotown, BCIT, Downtown, SFU via Bus or Gilmore train station. There is a gated parking garage beneath the building with visitor parking during the day, and private spots are sometimes available to rent from other tenants in the building.

The bathroom is shared with a male who works nearby. The master is available as well as of now.
