Hey, looking to share a new long-term lease starting July 1; it’s a gorgeous corner unit in a well-managed building and prime downtown waterfront location.
Condo: 2B1B in luxury building with gym, outdoor patios, good management, and 24/7 concierge/security. Corner unit with a view from the 43rd floor and views of both the lake and CN tower, balcony, washer/dryer, modern kitchen, storage, and a parking spot. Walking distance to Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, Nofrills/Loblaws/Farm Boy, Lake Ontario/waterfront trails.
You can occupy the larger bedroom. Included some unfurnished pics of the unit as existing furniture is mostly my roommate’s; I could help refurnish the common areas.
Financials: $1675 (condo is $3350). AC and heat are free. We only pay hydro and internet (500mbps): ~$55-60/person.
Requirements: Proof of income, credit report, reference(s).
Before move-in: Last month’s rent, renter’s insurance, key deposit.

About the roomies
I’m in my mid-twenties, graduated from UofT and work for a bank as an analyst. I have quiet hobbies of reading/gaming/studying, but am also happy to spend some time exploring Toronto/exercising/chatting. Always mindful of doing my part to keep our spot clean, peaceful and enjoyable.
