There is room for a small desk and the room has a window AC. The shared bathroom has two sinks and a full-sized bathtub with shower. The property has a front and backyard with patio and is steps to public transit. The housing complex is quiet and friendly where neighbours look out for each other. Short walks to Lake Aquitaine park, Meadowvale Town Centre and Meadowvale Community Centre. Parking is available in driveway for an additional $100/month. The property is on a private drive off the main road and is close to all services. The property has a full-kitchen and laundry facilities. Reasonable 420 use, but flower must be smoked outside.

I am an older LGBTQ+ female who is semi-retired due to a workplace injury. I am home all day and live with my two beloved cats. I am disabled so I spend most of my time in the master bedroom. I don’t drink but am 420 friendly. My disability requires a reasonably quiet, stress-free environment. I will not be renting out the third bedroom.
