NO RESTRICTIONS: Only requirement is that you clean up after yourself and help clean the common space 1 time a week. Other than that no restrictions on diet , guests, lifestyle, etc. No smoking indoors of any kind.

Rent and Utilities: Rent is $850 per month on a monthly basis. Utilities ARE EXTRA , comes up to $80-100 per person. Divided equally among roommates. Utilities include high speed optic fiber internet , Gas , Electricity and Water.

LOCATION: Our home is strategically located with Easy access to TTC routes(Bus Stops right INFRONT of our house), making your daily commute a breeze. Loads of Amenities nearby gyms and restaurants to grocery stores. Kennedy Commons, Walmart, Dollarama, No Frills, Bulk Barn, Shoppers Drug Mart, Metro, and Foody World are all a short 5-10 minute walk away.
