Qb's room

The home is located on the edge of town, closest intersection is Hespeler Rd Guelph ave. The room is clean, and quiet, no pets or kids. Three windows, to provide plenty of sunshine and a fan to keep you cool, central is usually on for the entire summer. Closet with mirror sliders. It’s in a detached home, full bathroom which will be shared with other tenants. It has some trails close by and speed river for the nature lovers or someone that just wants to get out.

Currently one other person living in the home , working full time, usually home in the evening’s.
