I’m looking to rent 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. There are 3 private rooms in total on the 2nd floor. My 14 year-old daughter and I live in the apartment on the 3rd floor of the house.
I’m a public elementary school teacher and enjoy the arts.
Our old family friends live on the first floor, they were friends of my husband’s before he died in ’19 and are like uncles to my child.
Our basement apartment has been rented to the same gentleman for about 15 years.
