We are looking for a quiet, clean and respectful housemate for a 2 storey apartment with 4 bedrooms(technically 5). A professional/mature student preferred. You would have your own small room, plus living room(you will be the only one using it and it’s connected to the small room) You would be sharing a bathroom with one person and it’s located in a living room.

• a cat can be considered but no dog :( (I love animals but not the landlord..)
• only street parking available
• shared backyard with main level and basement tenant.

We are three women, either in our late 20s or in our 30s. I am a student and working part-time, while the other housemates are working full-time. :)
