• Tenants are clean, tidy and are very consistent with garbage disposal. If you have an issue with cleanliness, this accommodation will not work for you.
• Our tenants are ft students + ft workers. The house is generally quiet, and we ask that anybody applying for the space keep that in consideration (so if you like to blast music all day, may not be the right space).
• There are no pets allowed.
• Smoking = Outdoors Only. One of our tenants had a tobacco allergy. So all smoking is to be kept outdoors so odour doesn’t linger in house.
