I have one room for rent that’s part of a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse on the first floor.
It’s a complete living space with living room, kitchen, and storage area. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

It’s very quiet and peaceful, so you will not be disturbed by other tenants or landlords. However, it is only as clean and cozy as we make it so I’m looking for someone responsible who will help in cleaning and maintaining a comfortable living space.
