My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate as from June 1st!

We’re clean and orderly people and would like someone who shares the same values! Water is included in the rent but we do pay Hydro and WiFi bills (which are less than $40 usually).

The apartment is on the main floor of a bungalow, and we have basement neighbours. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to grocery stores with a nice park nearby.

You’ll have a private room and share the living room and bathroom with us.
