About the room
Very quiet and cozy room in Lakeview. A short walk to Grey Eagle Casino and bus available to Mount Royal University. Or walk to MRU in approximately 30 minutes.
You will have your own private furnished room, and the upstairs bathroom. Room can include desk and chair if needed.
The home will be shared with myself and my mom who is a senior. And my room is in the basement, so plenty of room for 1 more person to share. Street parking is available if you have a car. There is an outdoor table in the back yard and the yard is quite large. All bills are included. Absolutely no pets or overnight visitors will be allowed. The room is only for 1 person.
About the roomies
I work full-time and my schedule keeps me pretty busy. My mother is retired, but likes to sew and volunteer. We’re both very easy going and quiet.
