1 fully furnished bedroom with private bathroom and own floor in a three bedroom condo townhouse. Available from 1st of June. Lease for 8-12 months and then month to month after.
Common area includes: fully furnished living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), in unit laundry and outdoor patio space. Access to party room, bbq and gym in condo. Visitor parking also available as well as off street parking.
Close to streetcar access and freshco (5min walk) and No Frills (10min walk).
Bills are approximately $50/month.
