Etobicoke North Go Station

I am renting one bedroom in my 2 bedroom beautiful apartment for July 1st. Rent $1200, including hydro and internet (all included). The apartment has all furniture. (Your room will have furniture as well. We will share kitchen, living room and washroom.

Laundry is in the building and if you need parking, you will have it with plus $100. The bus sitation is in front of the apartment and only 15 min to Kipling, 30 min to Sherway Garden by bus. I am looking for female roommate who is quiet, student, international student, professional or full time working (not working from home ) individual with steady monthly income.

I am working full time. I am very quite and clean person. I don’t eat and cook pork. I want to be friend with my roommate. But sometimes I’m very tired from my work, so I expect both sides to be quiet and understanding. No parties, absolutely no drug and not overnight guest. Except these i am very helpfull and friendly.
