Hey guys!

We are three 20 year-old art students looking for someone to join us in our apartment in Outremont. One of our roommates is leaving so we are looking for someone ASAP that can move in for May 1.

Our apartment is in Outremont and only a 5-minute walk away from Outremont station. Near mile end and Outremont, the neighbourhood is very safe and close to many grocery stores.

The room: is $900 a month but it is the size of two standard rooms, and was probably a large living room before. But if you are looking for a big room with a lot of privacy this room is perfect.

(The wifi is 14$ and hydro is 40$ per month)

A little bit about us, We are all very artistic as you can probably see from the eclectic decor of our apartment. We love collecting CDs and DVDs and hanging out in the living room drawing and watching movies. We love thrifting, and arts and crafts such as sewing and painting, baking, and cooking dinners together.

What we are looking for: We are looking for someone between the ages of 18-25 who is clean and respectful. We do love to spend time together but we also respect alone time. We are also a queer household, and want our home to be a safe space so communication and respect are very important to us.
