About the room

Three bedroom two washroom unit in China town, Calgary. One of the rooms in the unit is available for sublease till July 10th starting June 1st. All utilities are included. I and my friends are renting this place. My buddy is going on a long vacation back home for 5 weeks. Room will be cleaned and it comes with bed, mattress, study table and dresser. Please ignore the mess. Room has the river view.
