I’m looking for a student to sublet my room in an all-girls 4-bedroom apartment in WCRI’s Fenwick building from May to the end of August (8 month to the end of December available, more details below). Utilities are included (water, electricity, and wifi). A security deposit is needed before key pick up but can be refunded at the end of the term upon key return.

Fenwick is right across from the University of Waterloo campus and a 10-minute walk from the Laurier campus. Less than a five-minute walk to the University Shops Plaza where there are a variety of food options and a pharmacy.

The building has above-ground and underground parking and has a gym, music room, and laundry room on site. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both with showers. There is a full kitchen with a 4-burner stove and oven, a full-size fridge with a freezer, and generous storage space. The bedroom is 14’ x 9.8’ and has a view of the courtyard.

The room comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed and mattress, a desk and desk chair, a spacious wardrobe, a mirror, plus additional drawers for storage.

WCRI hosts various events with food and activities to its members, which you would become as a subletter.

8 MONTH OPTION:

Rent increases to $917 in September. Tenant and content insurance will be required for Fall Term.

Roomies are great! One graduate student and two undergrad students. All really nice girls! Apartment is always well maintained and tidy. Not huge partiers, really respectful!! We like to do game nights and movie nights, or go out for a meal together sometimes! Often spend time in the common area just chatting and catching up too which is nice, makes it feel like family.
