A room with a private bathroom. The building is close to bus stops, pubs, restaurants, grocery shops, etc. 15-min bus from downtown, 20-min bus to UBC. The room has a bed that extends to a king size. There is a closet, two drawers, and a stand-up desk with a monitor. Internet and utilities included. In-suite laundry is available. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Available from May 1st. I have two cats, so hopefully, you are not allergic. Also, no more pets are allowed due to the strata policy.

I’m the owner and am the only one living in this apartment with my two cats. My boyfriend stays with me over the weekends.
I am easygoing and would like to hangout with my roommate but also appreciate my privacy and “me time”.
