In the heart of Distillery District, only 3 minutes away from the market and 3 minutes away from George Brown College! As well as 10 minutes walk to Union station. The condo is newly renovated, with 2b + 2ba + 1 den! Includes a kitchen, and many more amenities! The condo is currently unfurnished, but I will furnish it all myself before May 30, 2024! The surrounding area is also quite quiet and convenient to get around too.

Currently just me for the time being! I am 18F looking for someone to sublet with me for the summer from May to August! I’m in university, and I keep to myself a lot of the times, but I do invite my sorority over sometimes. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly, and drinking, and smoking friendly! However, I am very respectful of boundaries and would never put you in an uncomfortable position and a great communicator! I am very organized and quiet, however, I do have a piano that I play sometimes if that may be a disturbance.
