The home is cute and quaint. Not a huge space but perfect for 2 and potentially a pet. The whole upstairs unit is all yours. We currently have a bedroom and a lounge/guest bedroom up there. Feel free to make it your own space! Its right downtown and our neighbours are lovely people who look out for one another. We don’t smoke or party inside the home. Its well kept and very clean! Comes with a nice little veggie and flower garden and theres parking on the street if needed! Looking for someone quiet and responsible to sign a 1 year lease.
