Looking for a summer sublet (May to end of August)! $500 for one room or $1000 for the entire basement. All utilities included.

4 upper year McMaster students. All females. Either in grad school or finishing up their undergraduate degree. Usually quiet and will let you know if they have guests coming over. Not a lot of crossover with the tenants living upstairs, but they do come down and say hi when they are doing laundry. Current roomies have a groupchat where we coordinate who’s taking out the garbage + other house related stuff.
