This is the master bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Queen bed, very comfortable. Bed, bedside table, dresser mirror, closet, laundry basket, and remote control ceiling fan and light. Central heating and A/C. There is an outdoor hot tub runs May to October. Close to Fleming College. Pet friendly. Up front, one cat or dog allowed, anything extra and we can talk about it. You would have a share of the fridge, and kitchen cupboards and shared living room space. In addition there is a dining room and a back porch with 4 chairs a table and a small beer fridge. There is a TV available in the livingroom for everyones use. There is a gas barbeque available for use as well as a gas stove, and a microwave oven. Bathroom has tub with shower. Large capacity washer and dryer on premises and available for use in the evenings or the weekends. Parking is available and included if needed. If not there is a once a week trip to the grocery stores we will take the room mates too. There is a large backyard as well, and pets are most welcome. There’s no extras to pay for, the rent covers heat, hydro, internet, etc. This is a quiet household, great for students. This room is 1000 includes everything mentioned above. The room is available March 1st.

My husband and I are both at home most of the time. We live and function in our own space downstairs, so sharing would only be with the upstairs inhabitants.
