Mckenzie Avenue

Another Uvic student and I are offering a room in a 3 bed one bath apartment. We’re looking for another person to join the already signed lease. From this may (could be a few days earlier) to next may, monthly afterwords. It’s $970 each a month, not including electricity and wifi. Not currently pet friendly, but that might be able to be changed. The downstairs neighbor has a dog. We’re going into our third and fourth years, so my guess would be no one over the age of 30. It’s located quite close to the 26 makenzie at borden bus stop. Unfortunatly not wheelchair accessible, with only stairs up to our floor (the second floor). We don’t have the dimensions or recent pictures yet as we have not moved in. It does have 3 decently sized bedrooms, an open kitchen, large living area and nice bathroom. The place is currently unfurnished.

We’re two nonbinary students studying for our BFA’s in theatre at Uvic. My friend is in design and I’m in performance and costuming. We’re decently quiet but friendly. We aren’t partyers and only have small groups of friends over. Fun fact we’ll probs set up a cool building space in the corner of the living room for arts stuff, so if you’re into that, let us know.
