BOB's room

Queen bed with dresser and closet for the person who decides to rent from me. Washer and dryer available as is internet and big screen TV. Fully furnished rumpus room has big screen and will be shared with owner of the house.

I have two little dogs who are love people. BBQ and TRAEGER smoker available for room mate to use. Small down stairs refrigerator can be used or can share main refrigerator. Landlord is a single male living by himself and has share custody of the two dogs with an ex. I am a non smoker and if roomie decides to smoke but be done outside on the patio deck or sidewalk.
