Unfurnished, wood floor, near Rossland and Wilson, 10 minute walk from grocery store and pharmacy. House is mostly furnished, but has room for more. Shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. 1 parking spot available, house has AC and heating, spacious front yard, back yard, and deck. Room is a little cold in the winter, but nice and cool for the summer. Available starting June.
3 roommates, all males in their 30’s, mostly busy working during the week. We’re pretty quiet and easygoing. We rotate light cleaning duties every week - mowing, sweeping up, taking the garbage out, that sort of thing.
