A single room on the second floor is for rent and fully furnished. The bathroom is shared. Conveniently located in the Kitchener city center. Within walking distance to the light rail station, market, department stores, restaurants, and university.

No smoking or pets allowed. Single students who are tidy, clean, and cook minimally are welcome to move in.

Parking space can be negotiated.

We are a married couple living in the house. We do not smoke, have no pets, keep the house clean and tidy, and prefer tenants with the same habit of living with us. We do not have children, so the house is quiet most of the time.
