There are two black cats so you have to be okay with these pets.

There is not a separate kitchen for this room nor is there a private entrance. Additional food storage in garage fridge. Utilities are included in the rent as is wi-fi. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and gas stations in Mckenzie Towne and at the 130th Avenue shopping area. South Health Campus in Seton is also 10 minutes away. Parking is available on street. Very close to transit routes.

You would be living with a family of three. Father and adult daughter and 13 year old boy. The daughter is working and comes and goes. (She is a photographer and local artist) The son is in school and plays a lot of online gaming. The father works a full time job and runs a Home Theater consulting business on the side and also does some ride share. The consulting business is connected to the film industry which helps to make the home environment more fun to be in.
