The house is 10 minutes walk from Blair LRT station/Gloucester mall/Loblaws and Walmart, 20 minutes from Costco. Bus stop to Blair 1 min away. Perfect location for a student or a working professional.

Room location ensures a significant level of privacy and is 200sq ft. Big enough to fit a bed, small living room and desk if you wish to remain in your own space.

Common areas include a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement storage. There is also a backyard for outdoor space!

Price is all inclusive of utilities and internet. Move in date is flexible and can be extended for the right fit. No set criteria other than someone who is kind and respectful.

Room comes unfurnished, willing to compensate up to entire first month of rent with regards to moving costs or any furniture purchases, with proof :)

Myself owner/occupant, no current pets, pretty sociable but also can be private if that’s your preference
