Living essentials are all present! The room for rent might need a last paint such has the hallway but otherwise everything as been painted.

Your room is 11 per 8ft and has a private balcony as well as a small wardrobe. It might be tight to fit a study desk, but the living room is huge. You are free to decorate it as you wish!
