Elizabeth's room

House in the process of being slowly fully renovated. The room can be furnished or not. A pet may be negotiable. Chance to have the space alone or shared. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One room and the bathroom for sure will be rented out and I’m negotiable for if the second room is or isn’t rented out. Private fenced yard.

My name is Elizabeth and I will be living in the main floor bedrooms with bathroom. The basement rec room and laundry room, as well as, the common areas like the dining room, living room and kitchen will be shared. I have some lovely and well behaved animals too.
