David's room

Fully renovated modern apartment available from middle of May. The complex is located in Midtown, perfectly connected to downtown, (Gleincairn subway station 500mt away, Eglinton station 800mt ) also it is a step away from 401 (Allen Road). Gym, pool available in the building, also laundry is on site, really cheap for residents. All utilities included and the room is fully furnished. Great views from windows and balcony. Lots of small park in the neighborhood where to walk or workout.
