About the room
2 rooms, 1 bathroom in a basement apartment. $850 is per room. Subletting from 1st May to 31st August, with an absolute possibility of extension. If with children, you are allowed 1 child. Water is paid for by the landlord but heating and wi-fi is separate (but me and my roommate are willing to pay for it). If you require any piece of furniture, you can ask about it. I will see what I have available. 15 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the buses.
