Share a spacious & classy apartment, but have your own private and lockable room as well. Surrounded by nature. I’m an older guy living alone minutes walk from Kelso Beach. City bus stop at driveway. Parking. Walkout at ground level to lawn and a stone’s throw from wooded ravine. I’m tired of talking to the walls and look forward to a friendly and bright roommate. Outdoorsy, maybe foodie, curious about life and so much to kick around! Laughs. For quieter times there are several spots indoors to hang out. Apartment has two ample sized bedrooms, find desk, TV or reading places. WiFi provided. Your room has the morning sun, large closet. Fully furnished with: window blinds, bed, reading or TV chair, kitchen table with two chairs, chest of drawers, bedside table, microwave and coffee maker located in two purpose-built cabinets.

One male, semi-retired, works from home often, keeps regular hours except when I don’t. Enjoys upbeat pace of an active, sharing household. Will carefully consider your application.
