Private room available for rent in the Aylmer area. 5 minutes away from the bus, easy to get to the city. Bathroom shared among the tenants. Shared kitchen and living room space. Price of the room + utilities cost(25$-60$ additional)

Priority for students. Currently 3 in the living space.

Parking spot available upon request, before any signing takes place.
