Hello everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for a house in Airdrie. It’s a 3-bedroom house, and you can view the exterior at 122 Baywater Way on Google Maps or message me to see the inside yourself or to receive photos. The cost is $1250 per month (utilities included). Internet is included, as well as furniture and a garage space. The house features: A large kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a home theater, living room, billiards, BBQ, and a backyard. Everything is connected to a smart home system (Apple HomeKit), so I’ll provide full access.

The living conditions are simple: No dormitory-style living, we live without dividing the space. We can watch movies and cook together. Also, you must love animals 🙂 I have a dog (Samoyed), he is a year old and is hypoallergenic (I’m a severe allergy sufferer and asthmatic, so you don’t have to worry about allergies). You will have your private bathroom and room (obviously), and you will still be able to use whenever you want any other space of the house.

No preferences regarding gender or age. The main requirements are decency and integrity.
