A small bedroom in a luxurious building with amazing amenities and views, and most of all, amazing location! You won’t even need your car :) This would be a year lease, and you can decide with the other roommates what to do going forward. The room does not have a window but the door is a sliding glass door facing the floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views in the living room when you walk out. So your room still gets some natural light through your door.

Includes access to a great 24 hour gym and studio, free yoga and pilate classes in the studio, infinity pools on the roof with amazing view of the city (lake views and CN tower views), and many other amenities and resident events!

$1120/month for a year lease, if you want to go month-to-month, rent will be slightly higher

There is a $250 initial fee to sign the lease
