There is a full living room and dining room plus fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small balcony off of the living room with a view of the church.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building. Card-operated laundry in the basement.

It is a 10-minute walk to Atwater metro, Dawson College and Alexis Nihon Plaza (IGA, Pharmaprix, Econofitnes, Canadian Tire, etc.). 15-mins walk to Lionel-Groulx metro and 2 mins to 90, 24, 63, 104, 138 buses. Close to Westmount Park and Greene Avenue with its shops and cafes.

I’m looking for someone respectful of the space and each other, student of professional, non-smoker and willing to keep the place tidy and share household chores.

The rent is $990 and includes everything: heat, hot water, electricity, internet.

I am a student at Vanier College, quiet and responsible, I’m looking for a roommate to share my large bright 2-bedroom apartment in Westmount. I mostly keep to myself.
