Shared laundry room on the first floor with washer and dryer. The yard is very green, herbs and some vegetables grow in a sunroom just off the kitchen, there are plenty of places to grow or relax outside also. There is a small woodworking area and most tools for small projects. We have a small outdoor deck with Bar B Q and smoker. The home is very close to a major bus exchange, 10 min walk to a well equiped mall, Fitness Gym, 5 min walk to a strip mall for a great variety of things as well.

Adult male, 59 lives on the lower level of the house, currently 3 adult female students live in the house. The house is dated but comfortable, kept very clean and is expected everyone contributes and cleans up after themselves. We are relaxed and do our own thing, conversations are chill with no tolerance for discrimination or judgement, also no tolererance for excessive alcohol or drug use…
