Looking for a roommate to fill a room in a newly renovated 3 bedroom semi-detached house!
Hoping for a student or working professional to occupy the third room starting September 1st! It is currently myself and another girl living here and we are both PhD students at Western.
The bedroom has lots of natural light from two big windows and a large double-door closet. The washroom will be shared with one other roommate.
There is plenty of room for parking and the unit is in a great location! -12 minute drive or 30 minute bus ride to Western University -Walking distance to Fanshawe main campus (950m) -Close to many amenities and grocery stores
Rent for the room is $830 +utilities and wifi.

About the roomies
There are currently two female graduate students living here! We are very clean and respectful, and enjoy spending time all together but also are very studious. We enjoy movie nights or going out for drinks and food!
