Big, sun filled room at the front of the house. Room is furnished with a queen bed, night tables, hutch and desk. It also has a full size closet. Bus stop close to house to Pickering Go station or route to Durham College or UOIT (Ont University).

My home is very quiet and clean in a quiet neighborhood. I have a hybrid work schedule, I’m easy going, friendly and cordial and will not be in your way. The space is ideal for a student or a working professional. Full access to WiFi, laundry, kitchen and backyard.
